The 365-night trial gives you time to experience your Sleepmax mattress at home. If it isn’t the right fit, contact us and we’ll guide you through the return process based on your order channel and location.
Your mattress will begin expanding right after unboxing. Most shape recovery happens within the first 24–48 hours, but it may take several days for the mattress to fully settle after compression.
It depends on your sleep position, comfort preference, body type, and recovery needs. OmniFit is designed for balanced everyday recovery, while Podium offers a more responsive feel for active bodies and enhanced cooling.
Sleepmax warranty coverage applies to eligible defects in materials or workmanship. Normal comfort preference changes, regular wear, or damage caused by misuse are not covered.
