Sleepmax Cancellation Policy

1. Product Information and Customer Responsibility

Sleepmax strives to provide accurate product descriptions, specifications, and imagery across all channels. While every effort is made to ensure consistency, minor variations in color, texture, or pattern may occur due to screen display differences, material batches, or production updates.

Customers are responsible for reviewing all product specifications—including mattress size, height, and model selection—before placing an order. Sleepmax cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.

Requests related to cancellations, refunds, product exchanges, or order modifications due to incorrect size selection or change of preference will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of Sleepmax.


2. Order Cancellation Requests

Once an order is placed, it enters processing and may not always be eligible for cancellation.
Approval of cancellation requests depends on:

  • current order status,

  • warehouse dispatch progress, and

  • product availability.

If the order has already been shipped or scheduled for delivery, cancellation may no longer be possible. In such cases, the request will be handled under the Return Policy rather than cancellation.


3. Sleepmax’s Right to Cancel Orders

Sleepmax reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order under the following circumstances:

  • pricing errors or typographical inaccuracies,

  • product becoming unavailable or out of stock,

  • product identified as defective or unsuitable for sale,

  • order flagged for potential security or verification issues,

  • operational or regulatory constraints.

This applies regardless of whether the order has been confirmed or payment has been processed.
If Sleepmax cancels an order, any payment received will be refunded in full via the original payment method.


4. Delivery-Related Issues

If delivery fails due to reasons attributable to the customer—including but not limited to:

  • repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts,

  • incorrect or incomplete address,

  • refusal to accept the product,

  • unavailability at the time of delivery,

a re-delivery fee may apply.
If the product remains undelivered and unaccepted for seven (7) days from the initial delivery date, Sleepmax reserves the right to cancel the order. Refund eligibility, if any, will be determined at the discretion of Sleepmax.


5. Dispute Resolution

In all matters related to cancellation, refund, replacement, or product change, the decision of Sleepmax shall be final and binding.
