How do I choose between OmniFit and Podium?

Which firmness should I choose?

Does my mattress include a warranty?
Eligible Sleepmax mattresses include a limited lifetime warranty for the original purchaser, covering qualifying defects in materials and workmanship. Normal softening, comfort preferences and damage from improper use are excluded. See our Warranty Policy for full details.
Do Black Friday mattress purchases include the sleep trial?
Yes. Eligible Sleepmax mattress purchases include our 365-night home trial, so you can experience your mattress in your own bedroom. The trial remains subject to our published terms and return requirements.
When does my trial period start?
Your 365-night trial starts on the date your mattress is delivered, giving you time to experience its comfort and support at home.
Can I return a mattress I’ve already opened?
Yes. The trial lets you unbox and sleep on your mattress. If it isn’t right for you, email support@sleepmax.com with your order number. Our team will review your return eligibility and provide instructions. Approved returns include a prepaid return shipping label.
How do I apply a promotional code?
Enter the code provided with your offer in the discount code field at checkout, then apply it. Eligible savings will appear in your order summary. Confirm your discount and final total before paying.
Can I use another promo code with a Black Friday offer?

Estimated delivery is 1–4 business days. Timing depends on inventory availability, your destination and carrier service. This is an estimate rather than a guaranteed arrival date.
