We stand by every Sleepmax mattress with a 365-Night Trial and hassle-free return policy.
If you’re not completely satisfied, you may request a return any time within 365 days of delivery.

To start a return, please contact support@sleepmax.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll guide you through the simple process.

Once the mattress is received and inspected, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Items damaged or defective upon arrival will be replaced or refunded at no cost.
