How Returns Work
We’ll guide you through an easy process — you can either schedule a free pickup or follow our instructions to donate your mattress to a local charity partner. Once the return or donation is confirmed, we’ll issue your refund in full.
Return & Exchange Eligibility
Returns and exchanges are accepted when:

The product is within the 365-night trial period.

The mattress remains in good condition, free from stains or damage.

The product was purchased directly from the official Sleepmax website or authorized channels.
Exclusions
Refunds or exchanges are not available for:

Mattresses damaged through misuse, improper setup, or unsanitary conditions.

Products purchased through third-party sellers not authorized by Sleepmax.

Accessories, pillows, or toppers unless defective upon arrival.
Refund Timeline
Once your returned product has been verified, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
